Refund Policy

At Clear Ear Nursing we provide professional ear care services performed by registered nursings including ear wax removal by micro suction, irrigation, or mechanical removal. We aim to deliver safe, high quality care and ensure every client has a positive experience.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitiled to a remedy if a service is not delivered with due care and skill or does not match what was promised. If an issue occurs due to our error, we may offer re-services, credit or refund. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, discomfort associated with treatment or outcomes that fall with in normal clinical limits (for example when full wax removal isn't possible in one session).

We understand that circumstances can change. to ensure fairness and allow appointment availability to others we ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment, Amy incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service charge.  If Clear Ear Nursing needs to cancel your appointment due to illness or an emergency you will be offered a new appointment or a refund  if prepaid.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, We will review your concern carefully and may offer a follow up assessment or service adjustment if clinically appropriate.
