Welcome to Clear Ear Nursing. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for using our website www.clearearnursing.com.au and the services we provide, including ear wax removal using micro suction, irrigation, or mechanical removal. By accessing our website or booking service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

Clear Ear Nursing provides professional ear care services, including the safe removal or ear wax and related nursing care. All treatments are performed by a registered nurse in accordance with professional clinical standards. The information provided on our website is for general information purposes only and should not replace medical advise from your health care provider.

Clients must be aged 16 years or older, or have a parent or guardian present if under 16. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical history, ear conditions, allergies or recent ear procedures, and understand that while every care is taken, there are risks associated with ear cleaning, such as mild discomfort, dizziness, or temporary irritation.

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will be at full charge. Clear Ear Nursing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in unforeseen circumstances such as illness, or emergencies.

Payment issue at theme of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and approved online payment options. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Clear Ear Nursing complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is not delivered with reasonable care or skill, or dies not match what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction unrelated service quality.

Our Services are provided for general ear health and wax management. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If symptoms persist or you experience ear pain, discharge, or hearing loss, please seek medical advice from a doctor or specialist.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information necessary for safe clinical care.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the site or its content. All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Clear Ear Nursing and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Ear Nursing and its staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or our website and services, except where required by law. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
